How to Earn & The Required Courses

How does it work?

Successful completion of two classes. The first is the four-hour HMS® Certification Course (Measuring Square-Foot with ANSI). After successful completion of the 1st Course, you will have up to one year in which to complete the second HMS® course.

The second step to earning your Home Measurement Specialist Certification is to complete the five-hour (Learning Home Measurement Video Series) CORE course. After completing both courses, you must successfully complete the final exam (available exclusively at www.homemeasurementspecialist.com, under Services and Final Exam →), and you will be awarded the (HMS®) Home Measurement Specialist Certification. Upon completion of the Certification requirements, you will be contacted with your formal achievement certificate, distinguished wall plaque, and additional information about the HMS® certification benefits package.
